As of circular 28/2019/TT-NHNN dated 25 December 2019 regarding “Amending and supplementing articles of circular 19/2019/TT-NHNN dated June 30, 2016 by governor of State Bank of Vietnam, for bank card operations”; in article 1, section 6 has the following provisions:

“No Name Prepaid Card can only be used to make payment legally for goods and services at the devices of POS (point of sale), that accept the cards within the territory of Viet Nam; It must not be used to conduct transactions on the internet, mobile application and cash withdrawal ”

In order to comply with the above regulations, Indovina Bank Ltd. (IVB) would like to inform you of the implementation for compliance regarding No Name Visa Prepaid cards issued by IVB, as follows:

- IVB will block all the online transactions of the No Name Visa Prepaid cards. All other transactions on legal payment for goods and services of the No Name Visa Prepaid cards remain unchanged.

- Day for implementation: from 0:00am on 1 April, 2020
