Salary & Rewards

Salary: The salary at Indovina Bank Ltd. (IVB) is paid in accordance with the qualifications, experience, competence, performance and quality of each employee's work.

Rewards: 

  • Enjoying holidays: hristmas & New Year, International Women's Day (March 8), Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, April 30th & May 1st (Liberation Day and International Labor Day), National Day (September 2), bank anniversary, employee birthdays, and seniority bonuses for employees with 10 or more years at the bank.
