- 1. The above fees are VAT included (if required)
- 2. Cash Withdrawal fee, Card re-issue/ replacement/ change (at customer request), Bank statement re-issue and Reimbursement claim fee (in case of wrong claim) are applied for NAME prepaid card only.
- 3. Foreign exchange rate is stipulated by International card organizations or by Indovinabank, which will be updated into IVB’s system at times of transaction day.
- 4. The fees shall not included other fees stipulated by other banks or by other organizations (if any)
- 5. This table of fee shall be subject to change due to fluctuation of the Vietnam’s financial market, decision of the Indovinabank’s executives; and this will be announced in IVB webpage & other means of media.
