Currently, there is a phenomenon of forging Bank’s SMS messages to deceive customers with such content as customer account is locked / customer’s account is logged in from another device/notification of new service registration/customer’s account is deducted, ... The message is attached with the link to request customer to provide security information/password/one-time passcode (OTP) or to request to click on the link there by appropriating information and money in the customer's account.
In order to provide customers have a safe experience when using the bank service, IVB would like to recommend that the valued customers should be alert to this sophisticated scam.
Please be noted that:
- IVB DOES NOT send SMS notifying that IVB Mobile Banking service is locked and require account verification via the attached link.
- IVB DOES NOT require customers to provide passwords and OTP via links on SMS.
- IVB’s unique and official website is: https://www.indovinabank.com.vn/ and IVB Mobile Banking application is at App Store/Google Play.
- Only access IVB's official website or IVB Mobile banking software to use IVB’s online banking services;
- ABSOLUTELY DO NOT provide confidential information (username/password/OTP....) to anyone. All requests for information are FAKE.
- ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS, DO NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION.
If you receive a fake or suspected fake message, please notify IVB immediately via hotline 1900588879.
