In the expectation of providing to Customers better service quality, IVB is pleased to inform the Cut-off time (COT) for interbank funds transfer transactions and State budget collection (called funds transfer) during the year-end 2020 as following:

The COT is the latest time of the day to process and accept Customers’ payment orders. Payment orders receive before the COT will be processed on that day. Payment orders receive after the COT will be processed in the next business day.
